Which website hosting (Godaddy, Yahoo, etc) company is the best ?

I%26#039;m using Godaddy, but I think they are complicit in allowing companies to hack WHOIS seachers and steal domain names. Happened to me.

for my hosting as they have been the cheapest that I have found. They offer hosting as low as 1 dollar a month but I chose the 3 dollar package because of the web builder and free scripts that they offer.. Can add cool stuff without having to worry about the programming...
