knowone has got it not even any domain hosting websites how do i get control of it ??

Do you mean a domain like www.foo.com? If so you have to buy the domain name, then find a host for it. www.godaddy.com is where you can buy the domain. You can host it with them, or you can find another host. See dreamhost, 1+1 etc...
