if you pay for a domain name you get hosting with it, generrally a free site doesnt have the space you need

I you want hits youve gotta pay google for them, and if you need a site designing i can do it

A blog is not a complete web site. As such thinking of doing all that would be done using a web site is not adviseable on a blog.
