What would be the pros %26amp; con%26#039;s of purchasing an existing online store?
Not sure if these are Pro%26#039;s or Con%26#039;s but you need to ask these questions.
1. Why are they willing to sell it
2. How much do they bring in Gross/Net, and what is the trend.
3. How much overhead is there
4. Look and see if a what they sell is sold by a lot of people, that is are they getting more competition then they had in the past. They could have had huge profits in the past but since they got competition their profits are going down.
5. How many hours do they put in.
6. Do they have customer base or are a lot of them 1 time purchases.
If the hours and everything else seems to check out and you have some extra money to do it then it might be worth it.
