Other Replys:All the free ones have either a virus in their FTP service or some sort of AdWare for everyone who goes on your site.
Netweaver is really cheap - 鎷?5 per year and their tech support is also really reliable. United Hosting is by far the best home hosting but they can cost about 鎷? per month AND domain suffix.
