What are the legalities involved in hosting a website for both personal & commercial purposses?

Hi, I am a software professional. Now I want to launch a website for both personal %26amp; commercial purposse. Now I can buy the domain name and post the contents. Now, for this, do I need any permission from any authority? Are there any tax/tariff that I need to pay?

Following webhosting site is quite good.

Hostmonster http://snipurl.com/1512d

They offer hosting of %26quot;unlimited domains%26quot; and you will get massive webspace of 200000 MB (200 GB ). They only charge $4.95/month and they also offer %26quot;a free Domain Name%26quot; and installing service called %26quot;Fantastico%26quot;. By using Fantastico, you may create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer %26quot;Free Website Builder%26quot; as well.

Visit the site to check details.

Domains

Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

Greetings,

1) You do not neet any permission from any authority to design %26amp; host your own website.

2) You will have to pay charges for domain and space (which may vary according to web hosting company/type of web server and domain extension i.e. com/net/org).

Best Regards,

Anand
