Need some advice and help all in one?

Im the owner of Posbda Productions Ltd. and my staff and myself are working on a new Gaming website, and i know i should be asking my staff this but i think you guys are more productive then them ( i so hope none of them use this LoL) anyways.

I need an idea for a Name, what should i call it, in my eyes, something short and sweet always does the trick, plus cost me less haha.....

I need help getting sponsors, i can%26#039;t pay for the site without sponsors, so i need some tips on getting sponsors. Or maybe some of you would like to sponsor it. Please the more answers the better.
