I dont need hosting space because they charge for it. Its OK if I get it for free.

Then just install web application like forums, wikis and other web applications, easily (unless it is a different version or not plug %26#039;n%26#039; play, then you will need to fix the code and settings (not that difficult if you know PHP, ASP.NET, JS, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP or HTML/XML code.
