How do I reset my domain to begin again?

I%26#039;m having major issues with my new site. I tried building one in iWeb and uploading it, but experienced problems and can%26#039;t even tell you what I did.

Now, I%26#039;d just like to start over and erase everything so I can begin again. However, in my file manager in Web Hosting, I erase everything, even the index.html file and when I type in my URL, it automatically adds the %26quot;home.html%26quot; extension to the end of it. The only way I can access a new %26quot;index.html%26quot; file, if I upload one, is if I take out the www in the URL.

Anyone have any idea?
