Right If you go to www.theexplode.com it takes you to my proper hosting but if you miss the www. and just put theexplode.com it takes you to my old hosting what i have deleted i have checked name servers? HELP!?

just upload and index file onto your old site, which only incudes re-direct code to your knew site.

Sounds like the servers own back-up.
It may be filed in your control panel or maybe in theirs.
