From the start, domain, hosting, site builder, EVERYTHING. for a single price monthly, somebody told me about 1and1. Thanks for your information. I will really appreciate if you tell me about your own experiences. thanks again.

I do not know anything about websites. I need one for a small store. Where can I get one from the beginning?

If you are currently a paid Internet subscriber, you are entitled to a %26quot;homepage%26quot; which often contains simple navigation and editing tools. And if you use the Netscape browser, the built-in Composer feature is a superior HTML authoring tool. You can easily generate a full-blown website as a Homepage. Nevertheless, the %26quot;homepage%26quot; URL is likely to be %26quot;http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscribe... name%26quot; and that URL can easily be overwritten via a redirection service, i.e., %26quot;mydomain.com%26quot; which allows you to link any registered domain name to %26quot;mask%26quot; another website. For example, should you type in %26quot;domainname.com%26quot;, you will be immediately transported to the homepage and the hompage URL of http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber... name will be masked by the domainname.com. And the charge for the redirection service [even at godaddy.com] is normally FREE. Here%26#039;s a demonstration: Type in the URL window: %26quot;www.pizzanextdoor.com%26quot; which will bring up their pizza website. Take note of the domain name. Then type in the URL window: %26quot;http://home.pacbell.net/vten/1a/pizzame... and you will see that this is the original homepage which is unmasked without the domain name!

Good luck!

Other Replys:yahoo small business is pretty easy

Other Replys:Try GoDaddy.com. Their prices are reasonable.

Other Replys:I know of a company that will supply a site builder, hosting, domain name and 10 email accounts for only $10 per month. Its free to try the service for 7 days. Cannot post the link here as it is a violation of Yahoo policy. Just reply and I%26#039;ll forward.

Other Replys:I have been building websites for artists like my wife for about 3 years now.

First, I have used a canadian site called www.myhosting.com. They give you a great host and you can buy the web domain name from them very cheeply. Excellent price. I have found they are fast, cheep and stable.

Second I like to use Adobe dreamweaver to make sites because it is a lot like using powerpoint (if you have ever used that) Fairly simple to use and lots fo tutorials. Adobe has other software that might not be too expensive as well

However you can find a lot of free website templates to get your self started on a home page.

And everything about the web is on the web, so you can search a lot of handy tutorial sites to teach you how to set up a website. That is how I learned. Making a simple site without too many bells and whistles can be fast and easy for a customer to use.

You can see how I did on www.lindafraser.com or www.sculptureranch.org.

Other Replys:Hi,

People generally make the mistake of putting up a website with a predictable list of pages like Home, Products, Support, About Us, Contact Us etc and expect to get results.

This is nothing but the translation of the concept of the physical store on to the internet. In the physical world, you can have a store in a market area, where there is a constant flow of people.

They will start noticing the store, start looking at the products at display, step in and start asking questions about them, their prices etc. Eventually the owner will start getting business slowly and steadily.

But in the internet world, the situation is different.

The first difference is that a store is not going to be visible for the people who surf the web.

Suppose I get connected to the internet. What happens?

I get the website which is saved as my home page, whether it is Yahoo or Google or any other one.

I will have to find out a different website myself depending on what I am looking for.

If I am looking for certain products, then I will look at the websites that I already know about for another read.

If I wish to see additional sites, I will search in google and other search engines for the products I am looking for.

Depending on the products, 1000%26#039;s of webpages will be shown, with 10 results per page.

If you have put up a website having the best design with excellent features about all your products, but if I do not know you or your website, there is no way for me to reach your website.

The only way I can reach your website is if your webpage comes out within the first or second page of the search results. If your webpage comes out on the 50th result page, I will not be able to reach your site. It is as simple as that.

This is based on the results I had with my website some years back with the predictable pages as mentioned above. What happened? No visitors, no sales and eventually I had to close down the site.

Then how can I reach your site? You can check the following website for an excellent logic on internet marketing.

My best wishes for your success.
