Can I publish iweb pages through any host other than mac.com?

Do i need to have a mac account in order to publish web pages from iweb? One more question...I have a domain hosted by godaddy.com. Would I be able to publish my iweb site through godaddy.com? Thank you!

iWeb only publishes to dotmac. However, you can have dotmac take over your domain if that%26#039;s an option for you, so you%26#039;d still have www.mydomain.com, but you would be able to publish to it from iWeb.

Actually iweb can publish to a folder on your desktop. The html can be copied to any web host.

Yes you can use godaddy.com to host your website even if you did not buy your domain name there.
